If you receive a food product that is defective, damaged, or does not meet the description, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund once the claim is verified. For freshness and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for opened or consumed items unless there is a quality problem.
